A downloadable asset pack

This asset pack brings the unsettling yet lively world of late-night radio stations from the 70s to the 90s straight to your game. From chilling voices of a cult station to weird ASMR radio channels to cool synthwave music, these sounds will set the perfect mood for any lofi/retro horror game. With a mix of self-recorded static textures, voice recordings and self-produced retro electronic synthwave music, you can expect an authentic sound experience of old school radio channels (as I have analysed old radio broadcasts and channels to be as accurate as possible).

It has an 80s and 90s charm that can be used for different settings and game atmospheres (for ex. PS1, PS2, PSX). Even though it can work for any game project, it is especially fitting for games similar to those of Puppet Combo, Scythe Dev Team or Chilla’s Art...and many more considering the revival of retro horror!

You can expect...

-Authentic synthwave music

-Dialogues

-Advertisements

-Unsettling and scary soundscapes from old bizarre radio stations

-Weather and news reports

-Static SFX

-Usage of digital and analogue synthesizers and voice acting

-Inspired by niche radio stations from the 70s, 80s and 90s

-More than 29 minutes of audio!

Tune in… if you dare.
